Inside the product

Introducing The Deal Wizard

It's the real analyzer built into every lead. Enter the seller's numbers once and it returns a single maximum allowable offer and scores all three exit strategies — with deterministic math you can audit, not a black box.

  1. 1

    One offer, computed live

The wholesale maximum allowable offer — ARV × 70% − repairs − your fee — recalculates the instant any number changes.

  2. 2

Three exits, scored side by side

Wholesale Assignment, Subject-To, and Novation each get a fit score and a plain-English value summary from the same inputs.

  3. 3

    Math you can audit

Every figure traces back to the numbers you entered — the engine, not a model, picks the top viable play, so you can trust it on a live call.

  4. 4

Then it hands off to the AI Playbook

Lock a strategy and the Deal Wizard passes it to Claude to write the personalized call script for that seller.

Inside the productPowered by Claude Fable 5.0

How does the AI Playbook work to close your deal?

It turns one seller's raw lead — the property, the numbers, their motivation — into a ready-to-run closing call. The deterministic deal math picks the play, then Claude writes the script, the objection prep, and the rationale for that exact seller.

  1. 1

It runs the deal math first

The deterministic Deal Wizard scores every exit — Wholesale, Subject-To, Novation — and locks the top viable play. Claude never guesses the numbers.

  2. 2

    Claude writes the call, personalized

A five-stage acquisition script — Intro → Fact Find → Pitch → Offer → Close — rewritten around this exact seller, their property, and their asking price.

  3. 3

It pre-loads the objections they'll raise

From the seller's motivation and temperature it flags the objections most likely on this call, and drafts the rebuttal for each one before you dial.

  4. 4

    It closes with you, live

Mid-call, paste what the seller just said — the live helper hands back the single best-matched, seller-personalized rebuttal in an instant.

Practical insights for real-estate wholesalers

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about how SOS CRM works for real-estate wholesalers — where your leads come from, what the SOS call center does for you, pricing and billing, the deal-analysis and AI tools built into every lead, and how your data stays isolated to your company.

SOS CRM is a multi-tenant CRM purpose-built for real-estate wholesalers in the US market. It's the software arm of Speed Outsourcing Solutions Ltd. (SOS), an existing BPO that cold-calls sellers for wholesalers, so the product is tuned to wholesaling rather than general sales: leads carry a motivation score, the Deal Wizard runs the numbers on a property, and a call center feeds the pipeline. The result is one premium tool that carries qualified seller leads, a callback queue, deal analysis, and billing in a single pipeline.

Both — and that's the core difference from pure-CRM tools like REISimpli, Investorfuse, or BatchLeads. SOS is the software arm of a BPO that cold-calls sellers on your behalf, and the leads its team generates are pushed straight into your portal. Each lead opens to a detail view with property info, valuation, a motivation score, and audio playback of the actual cold call — so you get done-for-you leads and the platform to work them.

Your leads come from SOS's in-house call center: agents dial sellers, qualify them on the call, attach the recording, and submit each lead with property info (address, beds/baths, sqft), an estimated valuation, a motivation score (1–10), equity percentage, and the seller's reason for selling — plus a human hot/warm/cold tag set on the call. Every agent-submitted lead lands as "pending" and must clear an admin approval gate (approved, or rejected with a required reason) before it appears in your portal, so low-quality submissions are filtered out. There's no fixed monthly quota baked into the software — volume and cadence are agreed with your SOS account manager, not set by the app. Each lead you receive includes property info and valuation, the motivation score, and audio playback of the actual cold call, so you can vet it yourself.

Not unless you want to. SOS is a BPO with an in-house call center, so on the SOS-staffed plan our agents do the cold calling and hand you the leads they generate; when you want a seller re-engaged, you request a callback from the client portal and it drops into our team's queue, where an agent works it and marks it resolved. If you'd rather run your own callers, an alternative staffing mode lets you bring add-on agents who log into a separate agent portal scoped only to your company. Either way there's no built-in auto-dialer — agents log each call outcome manually (connected, voicemail, no answer, appointment set, callback requested, not interested, wrong number) along with duration and notes.

Command Center starts with a 14-day trial at $0 today. Stripe collects your card during self-service checkout, but no charge is made until the trial ends. Unless you cancel first, the subscription then renews at $59/month and includes unlimited leads, the full pipeline and callback queue, 100 AI generations per billing period, CSV export, a shared calendar, and 2 seats. Annual billing is available through SOS for $590/year. Done-for-you acquisition is priced separately for your market and volume.

SOS CRM uses a five-role model across four portals: Super Admin and Admin (SOS staff), Client (your wholesaler login), SOS Agent, and Client Agent. A wholesaler can create the primary Client workspace through self-service checkout. Additional callers use separate agent accounts scoped to that company and are provisioned with SOS. An SOS Agent is supplied by the SOS call center, while a Client Agent is a caller your company brings into the workspace.

The Deal Wizard is a creative-finance calculator built into the lead detail view. You enter property condition, mortgage status, the seller's primary need, and the deal numbers, and it scores three exit strategies — Wholesale Assignment, Subject-To, and Novation — on a 0–100 fit scale. Each strategy comes with a viability flag, a full math breakdown (for example ARV × 70% − repairs − assignment fee = your maximum allowable offer), a list of risks, and best-when notes. The scoring is fully deterministic — the same inputs always produce the same result — so it's transparent rather than black-box guesswork.

The AI Playbook is a per-seller call plan built into the same lead detail view, written by Anthropic's Claude for one specific seller. It produces a seller snapshot, a personalized 5-stage acquisition script (Intro → Fact Find → Pitch → Offer → Close), objection prep across six categories (price, value, skeptical, unmotivated, uncertainty, contract), a recommended strategy, and a plain-English rationale. The recommended strategy comes straight from the deterministic Deal Wizard math — the top-scoring viable exit — while Claude writes the personalized script, objections, and explanation around it.

Yes — the AI features run on Anthropic's Claude and draw from a shared pool of 100 AI generations per billing period on the paid plan. Alongside the AI Playbook, there's a live objection helper: paste what the seller just said and it returns the single best-matched, seller-personalized rebuttal. AI transcription and call scoring are explicitly deferred to a later version and aren't in the current product.

Your client dashboard shows lead counts by pipeline stage (New, Contacted, Appointment, Under Contract, Dead), plus hot leads, favorites, estimated pipeline value, and pending callbacks — and you can export your leads to CSV anytime. Admins get an operations view with active vs. suspended clients, total leads, pending callbacks, and a conversion rate (leads under contract as a share of all leads worked past the New stage). Note that some admin-side figures, such as dial volume, are proxy estimates derived from call recordings rather than a live dialer feed.

Yes. Each lead record carries a single client owner, so a lead is assigned to exactly one client account at a time — there's no shared pool handing the same lead to multiple wholesalers, and reassigning a lead moves it rather than sharing it. SOS CRM is multi-tenant: every lead, note, and callback is bound to your account, and the server re-checks authorization on each request, so you can only read your own company's data. Each SOS account manager can see only the specific clients assigned to them, and your assigned manager can view your portal (an impersonation mode) to support you. (One-client-per-lead is enforced in the data model; a written contractual non-resale guarantee is a commercial term to confirm with SOS.)

Choose Start your 14-day trial from the pricing section, create your workspace, and continue to Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Stripe collects your card but charges $0 today. Your Command Center opens immediately for the 14-day trial and automatically continues at $59/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, and SOS CRM never stores your full card number.

Not in the current release. SMS/texting, an API for third-party integrations, automated comp pulling, and native mobile apps are all explicitly out of scope for v1 and deferred to a later phase. The web app is mobile-responsive, though, so you can work your leads from your phone's browser.

Your main point of contact is the SOS account manager who owns your account: from their tools they can view your portal to assist you (impersonation), re-issue a temporary password if you're locked out (you'll set a new one on next sign-in), and make account changes such as updating, suspending, or reactivating your account. There's a self-service "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page, but in the current build it only emails an acknowledgment of the request — no reset link or new password — and directs you to contact your SOS administrator, so for access issues the fastest path is still your account manager. Support hours and any SLA terms should be confirmed directly with SOS.
